Delivery & Returns


Due to the recent closure of the Bourton on the Water Post Office, orders can take up to two extra days to be despatched via Royal Mail.  We are currently expecting the Bourton on the Water Post Office to reopen early 2020.  Please bear with us during this time.


Our aim is to process all orders on the day received or the next working day. Larger orders are despatched by courier services and smaller orders will be despatched by Royal Mail 2nd class recorded. For orders for football kit from Uhlsport, please allow 10 working days for the items to be delivered as these items are ordered in from Germany.

We aim to process all orders in the shortest time possible, but occasionally delays may occur during peak periods or due to unavailability of stock. For this reason we do not guarantee delivery times. However, orders should be processed quickly, so if you feel there may be an unusual delay with your order and you have not already been contacted by us, please email [email protected] so we can advise you of the situation.

Once you have placed your order online, you will receive an automated email from the website confirming your order details. Please check this thoroughly to ensure your name and address details are correct and all the items you have ordered are listed. If you find any errors, please email us at [email protected] so we can resolve the issue for you.

We are commited to keeping our prices low and this includes the carriage charges. Your £4.99 goes towards paying for the postage, packaging & processing of your order. Wreal Ltd subsidise the cost of most parcels that we despatch.

New Goods: If on receipt you are not completely satisfied, simply return the goods unused in the original packaging to the Bourton on the Water store within 7 days for a full refund. We regret that carriage charges are non refundable.

Faulty/Damaged Goods: If an item is damaged/faulty on receipt, please contact us immediately for advice.  Unfortunately we cannot refund used items.

For orders being sent to UK mainland addresses carriage is £4.99 per order for Royal Mail 2nd Class Recorded delivery.
